This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services and products purchased through our company.
Consultations, strategy sessions, business reviews, and discovery calls are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
Website projects require planning, design, development, and customization. Deposits and payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is canceled before work begins, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Logo design, branding packages, marketing materials, social media graphics, and other creative services are custom work. Because time and creative resources are invested immediately after project approval, payments are non-refundable once work begins.
Custom apparel, embroidery, promotional products, printed materials, signs, tumblers, mugs, keychains, banners, custom sewn products, and personalized items are made specifically for each client. Due to customization, these items are non-refundable unless an error occurs during production that is directly caused by SRS Business Launch Center™.
Insurance reviews, policy consultations, and insurance-related advisory services are non-refundable once completed. Insurance products themselves are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation provisions of the insurance carrier providing coverage.
Custom proposals, business development support, research services, and project planning services are non-refundable once work has started.
Clients are responsible for providing requested information, content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing information or lack of client response do not qualify for refunds.
If an error occurs that is directly caused by SRS Business Launch Center™, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, replace affected items, or provide an appropriate resolution.
